Any changes must be submitted prior to a final payment.There will be no changes allowed 7 days prior to your event, unless otherwise discussed by Josie.

Your Cookie Mama's products contain and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. You (The Client) are responsible for porinting out to any potential allergy hazards and Your Cookie Mama will determine and communicate our ability to accommodate restrictions.

Yes! You can absolutley request that I make a different or custom type of recipe. Please note that although i'm open to any changes the quality and designs of your cookies will be altered/can not be guarenteed as my specialty of decorated cookies is specific to sugar and shortbread recipes.

In my opinion, the more specific the better! If there is a design you are wanting or a theme/image in mind communicate that with me and include any inspo pics so we can create the perfect cookie for your occasion!
